The Classic White is one of our best – it is aromatic, nuanced and so beautifully balanced – thankyou to our winemaker Andrew Vesey for coming up with the goods! A blend of Pinot Gris (44%), Gewürtztraminer (42%), and Riesling (14%) in perfect harmony – you’re gonna love it! Aromas of lychee, pear, and crisp red apples, leading to a textured and juicy guava mid-palate, with a lovely long citrus finish!

The Rosé follows in the trailblazing set by its predecessor – now one of our more affectionate family members. It seems if you want to please everyone (and some are picky) then the Rosé fits the bill. Perfectly dry and aromatic (in the French style) – the prettiest pale pink with copper and rose-gold tinges, peach blossom on the nose, with a delightful well-textured palate of cranberries and subtle spice leading to a crisp mineralogy on the finish! Truly a delight!
