Appearance

Bright, pale straw with youthful green tinges

Aroma

A complex full nose combining citrus, stone fruits and hints of gun flint with a savoury cashew barrel ferment character.

Palate

A full-bodied complex palate with nectarine and quince leading to a creamier complex mid palate of vanilla and roasted nuts with a lingering crisp finish of grapefruit and spicy French oak.

Cellaring

Delicious drinking now, and will cellar beautifully for 5 – 8 years.
