We recently had a swanky little write up in Spice Magazine by Jason Boudville. He writes about suitable wines for relaxed outdoor picnics and enjoying the West Coast summer.
For those wanting to dive a little deeper into something more complex – think Baudelaire or outdoor dinner party – MOOMBAKI has crafted this wine with primary characters finely balanced with quality oak. White peach and almond meal flavours, one and a half somersaults from an initial tight lime springboard. Cashew nut and vanillin – testament to the Franch oak used, is well balanced on the palate and finishes without causing too much of a splash.
