Appearance

A brilliant, fresh, green straw colour.

Aroma

A lively, vibrant nose of stone fruit and citrus with hints of pear and more tropical pineapple.

Palate

The “fruit cocktail” of the nose is replicated on the palate. A delicious combination of citrus, nectarine and pineapple, with underlying grapefruit acidity providing a lingering vibrancy.

Cellaring

Best enjoyed in the short term.
