A lively and refreshing classic style. Easy drinking and pleasing to most palates.

Produced from a carefully selected blend of Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc with a hint of Riesling, this unwooded Classic White exhibits a lovely balance of tropical fruit freshness, with a crisp, clean finish.

Appearance

A very pale straw colour with youthful green tinges.

Aroma

A vibrant, enticing combination of flinty, gooseberry aromas, underlying tropical fruits and hints of cut grass.

Palate

Initial flavours of grapefruit lead to a richer mid-palate of pears, rock melon and quince, with hints of passionfruit and a long, crisp lemony finish.

Cellaring

Best enjoyed in the short term.
